All instruments we offer are quality used or vintage equipment hand-picked by our staff. As such, most will exhibit some signs of prior use. We assert in good faith that all of our instruments are sold in a playable condition. We strive to provide high quality photos and background research for each item on our listings to ensure our customers are confident in their purchase. All instruments are offered as-is, and all sales final after the return policy grace period of 7 days. See below for details.

Return and Refund Policy

We are confident that you will love and keep your new instrument! However, in the unlikely event that you wish to return your purchase, we do maintain a 7-day refund policy (beginning the date you received the item).

General Terms

Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described. Return shipping must be initiated by the buyer within 7 calendar days of receipt of the item with tracking information provided to support@blacksheepmusicgear.com to be eligible for a refund. All sales are considered final beyond that point.

Fees and Charges

If return shipping is initiated within 7 days of customer receipt of the item, buyer receives full refund in their original payment method less any shipping costs.
